Wednesday 26th April:

Registration will be open from 12:00 – 19:00. Please bring along proof of booking (this can be printed or electronic), and proof of ID for collection of wristbands.

Social:

There will be a bar crawl around the Birmingham Gay Village.

Thursday 27th April:

Registration will be open from 12:00 – 18:00. Please bring along proof of booking (this can be printed or electronic), and proof of ID for collection of wristbands.

Registration will be held in Wynner House (above the Loft Lounge) 143 Bromsgrove St, Birmingham, B5 6RG, 0121 622 2444.

During the day there will be Trans education sessions running 12pm-4pm at the registration venue.

17:00: Captain’s meeting at Wynner House. All captains plus one other from each team MUST attend.

Opening Ceremony:

Located at Birmingham Town Hall. Arrival from 18:00 with the event starting at 19:00. Victoria Square, Birmingham B3 3DQ.

Please note that whilst this venue is large and should accommodate all who want to attend, space is limited. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Please ensure you have collected your wristband for entry.

Social:

Trip to Rugby School 11:00-15:00.

Friday 28th April:

Registration will be open onsite across the duration of the tournament. Please bring along proof of booking (this can be printed or electronic), and proof of ID for collection/ replacement of wristbands.

A full match schedule will be released following the first two game days.

The first matches start at 10:00. The Union Cup final will start at 15:00

Women:

There will be an exhibition 15s with players from across the teams. Gary Street and Graham Smith will be coaching during this match.

Closing Ceremony/ Party:

Arrival from 19:00 with presentations from 20:00.

Monday 1st May:

Monday is a Bank Holiday, meaning there will be plenty of opportunity for teams to organise their Kangaroo Courts, or other social events.
